On this page you will find the steps to install the CINQA app on your phone. Open the Chrome browser on your phone and click on the Google Play icon and search for the CINQA app. Once the CINQA application has been downloaded to your phone, you should first carefully read the requirements explained on the requirements to successfully complete the registration.

Requirements:
Sufficiently lit room : Adequate lighting is important to ensure that the facial scanning system can recognize and verify identity correctly, without interference or difficulty in facial recognition.
Prepare your European passport : Prepare your electronic identity card (Euro passport) for the identity verification process when registering the application. The passport is used to ensure the validity of your personal information and can be a mandatory requirement in the registration process.
Working WiFi connection : Make sure you have a stable and functioning wireless internet connection (WiFi) to download the app, submit registration data, and verify the account. A smooth connection will ensure that the registration process goes without any technical hitches.
A mobile phone (Android/IOS) : You will need a mobile device running the Android or iOS operating system to download, install and use the applications you wish to register. Make sure your device is compatible with the applications you will use to ensure an optimal usage experience.
After succesfull registration as an CINQA user you can go to the Demo Overview and Check your account to see if all information is correctly read.
